Protection of privacy
Under the Danish Data Protection Act, your personal information must be stored securely and kept confidential. We store your personal information on dedicated computers with restricted access, located at controlled facilities, and we regularly review our security measures to assure that our user information is handled securely and in full compliance with your rights as a user. We cannot, however, guarantee that the data will remain 100% secure in connection with data transfers via the Internet. As a result, whenever data is sent and stored electronically, there is a risk that others could gain unauthorised access to personal information. In other words, you submit your personal information at your own risk.

All collected personal information will be deleted or anonymised as soon as the purpose for which it was collected has been met. No personal information will be stored for any longer than 12 months after its use.

The rapid development of the Internet may occasionally call for changes in our procedures for handling personal information. We therefore reserve the right to update and amend the present privacy policy. If such updates or amendments are implemented, we will of course correct the “last updated” date at the bottom of the page accordingly. In case of material changes, we will notify you via messages displayed on our websites.

If and to the extent that any personal information about you is being registered and processed, you are entitled under the Danish Data Protection Act to be informed of personal information which could be traced back to you. If the data or personal information registered about you is found to be incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand correction, deletion or blocking of the incorrect data. You may at any time object to registration and processing of your personal information. Similarly, you may revoke your consent at any time. You also have the option to complain about the registration and processing of your personal information and data. According to S. 58 (1) of the Danish Data Protection Act, such complaints must be filed with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
